Special Meeting Notes
Minutes from The Special Meeting for the removal of Board Members/Officers John Bink, Jerry Hayden and at-large member Dan Bloodworth from Legacy at Brittany Lakes HOA. After a petition was signed by members of the HOA to hold the above stated Special Meeting, it was held on January 11, at 1:30 pm at NHC Northeast Library, Military Cutoff Rd.
Members present signed in, proxies were counted and a quorum was attained. The meeting commenced at 1:35 pm. Regina Walton explained the purpose of the meeting as it pertained to the HOA by- laws for removal of officers.
Votes were taken to remove John Bink, Jerry Hayden and Dan Bloodworth from the HOA Board. The votes were unanimous.
The vacancies of the offices were filled by the members who were voted upon at the Special Meeting held on November 9, 2024.
The new officers are:

A motion to end the meeting was made by Claudio Mauri and a second motion was made by John Walton. The meeting was adjourned at 1:50 pm.
